These are 100% naturally built muscles. Not huge but absolutely real. I build my body only by lifting free weights at home and eating pure food. No gyms, no protein powders, no trendy outfits, no personal trainers. Just me, the weights and the food. This is how I do it.

This summer I got the most shredded body I have ever had. Аchieving that, I lost some muscle size. But in my personal opinion muscles look better when ripped.
